EMG210 Magnetic Reader Encoders operate with EMS110 and EMS310 Magnetic Linear Encoders. They offer a standard resolution of 5 µm (0.005 mm). With an IP67 Protection Class, they are resistant to oil, water, dust, and similar external factors.

EMG210 MAGNETIC LINEAR ENCODERS

EMG210 Magnetic Reader Encoders operate with EMS110 and EMS310 Magnetic Linear Scales. 

They move without contact along the magnetic band at a distance of 0.1 – 2 mm, accurately reading position data and transmitting it as encoder pulses.

Available in both cabled and coiled models, with or without chip scrapers.

Supply voltage options: 5V DC - TTL or 24V DC - PPL.

Provides incremental (encoder/pulse) signal output.

Standard resolution is 5 µm (0.005 mm).

With IP67 Protection Class, they are resistant to oil, water, dust, and similar external factors.

The cables are protected by a steel galvanized spiral conduit to prevent damage under harsh production conditions.

Standard cable lengths are 3.5 and 5 meters. Optional single-piece lengths up to 50 meters can be manufactured.

EMS320 Magnetic Scales can be used with EMOS80, EMOS100 Digital Displays, PLCs, CNC Systems, Digital Counters, and all devices with encoder reading capability.
