Non-contact Video Measuring Machine (Optional: Renishaw MCP Probe, 3D measurement)

The VMM is a measurement system equipped with a CCD camera for 2D measurements.

VMM is one of the most advanced products in Carmar's product line.

The VMM series, with self-developed software, meets all types of two-dimensional measurement needs.

System Features:

1. High accuracy with a stable working table and granite base.

2. RS-232 interface enables communication between the measuring software and the computer.

3. Optional: High-resolution 1/2" color CCD camera from Japan with sharp imaging.

4. Users can connect to a PC, run the software, and manage/export graphics in BMP or DWG formats.

5. One-click edge detection.

Software Features (What makes Carmar different?):

Intuitive design allows easy understanding, use, and learning—saving you time on training new operators and allowing you to focus on more important tasks.

A total of 15 geometric elements can be measured (point, line, plane, circle, arc, ellipse, rectangle, keyway, ring, cylinder, cone, sphere, open curve, closed curve, focal surface); height can also be measured.

Basic geometric elements can be preset.

(1) Contact measurement—probe measurement or non-contact measurement—video measurement can be selected based on specific needs.

(2) Multiple measurement methods: intelligent automatic edge detection, point selection on an entire object, point selection from multiple parts, mouse point selection, adjacent point selection, point selection via crosshair, zoom and select points, comparative point selection, and probe-based point selection.

Geometric Element Construction:

Enhance the ability to create two-dimensional and three-dimensional geometric elements.

Advanced Features:

(1) Ability to create multiple elements: point, line, circle, arc, ellipse, rectangle, distance, angle, ring, keyway, plane, cylinder, cone, and sphere.

(2) Multiple construction methods: subtraction, intersection, perpendicularity, parallelism, tangency, mirroring, etc.
