Device Acceptance and Service Form

Every product arriving at our service is registered in our technical service software, and a Fault Record Form is provided to the customer.

This form includes necessary information such as the physical condition of the device, received accessories, warranty status, and device tracking details.

With the form number, you can easily check the status of the device by contacting our customer service.

Fault Detection

Our expert technicians process the products in chronological order.

For devices out of warranty, cost information is provided to the customer after detection.

Fault detections are carried out with professional software and hardware.

Approval Process

The repair cost for products out of warranty is communicated to the customer either in writing or verbally.

Once customer approval is received, the device is repaired.

Approval Cancellation

Once the repair is completed, the performed actions, technician notes, and materials used are recorded in our system.

The customer is informed, and a copy of the fault acceptance form is provided during the device delivery.

Our Warranty Terms

We provide a 1-year labor warranty for repaired products.

Faults caused by factory defects are repaired free of charge.

Out of Warranty:

Repairs for user faults or products outside the warranty period are chargeable.

Important Notes:

Device repair will not begin without customer approval.

If approval is not given within 30 days, our company will not be responsible for the device.
