EMS320 Magnetic Scales are used in lathes, milling machines, boring machines, grinding machines, and other machine tools, as well as in special machines and automation applications. It has a standard resolution of 5 µm (0.005). It is produced with measurement/stroke lengths of up to 1000 mm.

EMS320 MAGNETIC SCALES

EMS320 Magnetic Scales are used in lathes, milling machines, boring machines, grinding machines, and other machine tools, as well as in special machines and automation applications.

The EMS320 Magnetic Scales provide non-contact measurements as there is no mechanical friction between the reader sensor and the scale.

The supply voltage is produced as 5Vdc - TTL or 24Vdc - PPL.

It provides incremental (encoder/pulse) output signals.

It has a standard resolution of 5 µm (0.005).

It is produced with measurement/stroke lengths of up to 1000 mm.

The EMG320 Magnetic Reader Sensors, with their spring design, minimize mechanical distortions and parallelism issues, protecting the sensor from breakage.

The EMG320 Reader Sensor is supported by shafts within an aluminum profile housing.

It has a sealed protection system.

With IP67 protection class, they are resistant to oil, water, dust, and other environmental effects.

With a body thickness of 24.50 mm, they can be applied to narrow machine spaces.

The cables are protected by a galvanized steel spiral tube to prevent damage under harsh production conditions.

Standard cable lengths are produced as 3.5 and 5 meters. Optionally, they can be produced in a single piece up to 50 meters.

You can use EMS320 Magnetic Scales in EMOS80, EMOS100 Digital Displays, PLC, CNC systems, digital counters, and all devices with encoder reading capabilities.
