EMS320 Magnetic Scales are used in lathes, milling machines, boring machines, grinding machines, special machinery, and automation applications. They have a standard resolution of 5 µm (0.005). They are manufactured up to ameasurement/stroke length of 1000 mm.

The EMS320 Magnetic Scales are used in lathes, milling machines, boring machines, grinding machines, special machinery, and automation applications.

EMS320 Magnetic Scales perform non-contact measurement as there is no mechanical friction between the reader sensor and the scale.

The power supply voltage is produced as 5Vdc - TTL or 24Vdc - PPL.

It provides an incremental (encoder/pulse) signal output.

It has a standard resolution of 5 µm (0.005).

It is manufactured up to a measurement/stroke length of 1000 mm.

The EMG320 Magnetic Reader Sensors have a spring design that minimizes mechanical contractions and parallelism issues, protecting the sensor from breakage.

The EMG320 Reader Sensor is mounted with shafts inside an aluminum profile.

It features a sealed protection system.

With an IP67 protection class, they are not affected by oil, water, dust, etc.

Its 24.50 mm body design allows it to be applied in the narrowest machine spaces.

The cables are protected with galvanized steel spiral tubes to prevent damage under harsh production conditions.

Cable lengths are produced as standard in 3.5 and 5 meters. Optionally, they can be manufactured in a single piece up to 50 meters.

You can use EMS320 Magnetic Scales with EMOS80, EMOS100 Digital Indicators, PLCs, CNC systems, digital counters, and all devices with encoder reading features.
