ELS MOTOR SENSORS

ELS 110/210 Series Motor Level Sensors Sensors, all kinds of powdered material used in the industry

Silo, warehouse, etc. is used to determine the upper and lower positions of the level or intermediate values if desired.

It has a solid body structure.

There is on / off level control for solid materials.

It has adjustable sensitivity feature in 3 different locations.

There are 220VAC or 24VDC models.

Pedal Level Sensor Working Principle

The motor shaft, which is the main part of the sensor, rotates freely with the propeller at the end of any solid substance (dust or granule) in the silo or bunker.

In time, the engine itself closes the rotating mechanical switch when the amount of solid material (dust or granules) increases and squeezes the rotating propeller over time.

With the switch closure, the engine is cut off, which means that the dust or granular level reaches the set point.

Silo level sensors use areas

Silo, tank, bunker and, in solid form (dust or granule) raw materials containing the lower (min) and upper (max) level perception.

According to the physical properties of the solid substance (dust or granules) where the level of the level will be detected, miles length can be selected at different lengths or propeller type (flat or machete) and propeller.
