Multi -line L.D.Progressive system distributors

L.D.Progressive distributors are distributors with a wide range of use.

All types of vehicles are used on equipment and machine.

These distributors, which are used in the distribution of grease oil, can also be used in the distribution of oils when necessary.

Progressive distributors designed in a modular structure provide great flexibility in use.

Each distributor block is formed by bringing together 3 slices, starting, intermediate and finish.

In a distributor block, intermediate slices can be added to at least 3 and up to 9 pieces.

The dose amounts in distributor outputs can be adjusted to the diameter of the pistons in the intermediate slices.

In addition, it is possible to match different amounts of doses by blinding the intermediate slice outlets or bridged with the output of another intermediate tongue.

Due to the Progressive Distributor operating principle, if a lubrication point is clogged, it cuts oil to all points and is completely blocked. In this way, control of the lubrication in the distributor is possible.

The operation of the distributor block can be controlled with the optional mechanical and digital indicators.

WARNING :L.D.The distance between progressive distributors and lubrication points should be up to 5 meters. However, this distance can be extended to 10 meters by using check-valve on distributor outputs.

Multi -line L.D.Progressive system distributors dose adjustment

WARNING :The dose amount to be obtained from the outputs of progressive distributors is formed with 3 different methods.

These methods can be used alone or used together.

Below these methods are explained together with the details.

Doses according to Piston Volumes 1.

Progressive distributors transmit the amount of fat coming from the pump to the volumes of the pistons they have to the volumes to the lubrication points.

Each intermediate slice that constitutes a valve block can be created with pistons of different dose or pistons of the same diameter.

As shown in the picture below, there are 5 types of pistons that can be used within the intermediate slices of progressive distributors.

According to the pump flow dependent on the progressive distributor input, the pistons transmit their volume to the lubrication points.

According to the pump flow dependent on the progressive distributor input, the pistons transmit their volume to the lubrication points.

The dose amounts to be obtained from distributor outlets according to the amount of inlet flow are calculated as follows:

1. It is written as (x) with the smallest volume of the smallest volume.

2. The ratio of other volumes compared to the smallest dose values (x).(0,141/0,062 = 2.27)

3. These rates are collected with each other and the input flow is divided by the volume amount. In this way, there is a unit (x) oil volume.(2,5/14,62 = 0.170)

4. Unit amount of fat volume (x), using the rates obtained by using the output volumes are calculated.(0,170x2,27 = 0.385)

2. Blind of distributor outputs and dose values

The blinding method is the combination of 2 outputs on a intermediate slice of the progressive distributor on a single outlet.

In this way, the total volume of 2 points in the intermediate slice can be obtained from a single point.

WARNING: Setuskur (M4) and ball in the output hole of the intermediate slice to be blinded should be removed.

3. Dose values with bridge of distributor outlets

Progressive distributor intermediate slice output points can be bridged with the next search output to meet the sufficient dose amount when necessary.

With this method, it is possible to add more options to the volumes that can be obtained by blinding.

There are 2 types of bridge raki, exit and blind.

In this way, the desired starting point can be adjusted both on the bridge and on the intermediate slice.

WARNING :In accordance with the scheme below, it represents the bridge with left drawing.Right drawing represents the blind bridge.
